Registration
For the basic registration, you need to prepare the following documents

State license and Central license (Manufacturing)
Here is the complete list for acquiring a state license or a central license for the manufacturing industry:
- Photo ID issued by Government authority
- Photo of FBO
- Blue Print (Processing Unit & Equipment/Machinery)
- Production unit photograph
- Address proof issued by Government authority
- Declaration Form
- List of Directors with full address and contact
- Proof of possession of premises
- Scanned Copy of Signature
- List of food products
- Partnership Deed/Affidavit of Proprietorship/MOA&AOA
- NOC & Copy of License from manufacturer (mandatory for re-labelers and re-packers only)
- For Transporter: Proof for Turnover or self-declaration of number of vehicles
- Scanned Copy of Signature
State license and Central license (Trading)
For the state license and central license for trading, you must comply with the requirements mentioned in “State license and Central license (Manufacturing).” However, you may not need to include the following requirements for the trading business:
- Blue Print (Processing Unit & Equipment/Machinery)
- Production unit photograph
- Proof for turnover or self-declaration of a number of vehicles (for transporter)
